How much does FSMsync cost?
Solo is $29/month for 1 user, Team is $69/month for 2 to 4 users, and Business is $129/month for 5 or more users. Each plan is a flat monthly price, not a per-user price, and every plan includes every feature.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required to start it.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. FSMsync is month-to-month with no annual contract and no setup fee, and you can cancel anytime, self-serve, from your billing settings. Card payments run through your own Square account at Square's standard rates; we never hold your money. Prices don't include sales tax. Where it applies (Texas businesses), it's added at checkout.
Does the price go up when I add a technician?
Not within a plan. Team is $69/month whether you have 2, 3 or 4 users. When you grow past 4 users, you move to Business at $129/month.
Which features cost extra?
None. Job dispatch and scheduling, customer management and CSV import, AI-drafted estimates with online approval, invoicing, payments through your own Square account, recurring billing, time tracking, on-my-way texts and reminders, QuickBooks Online sync, and the iPhone, Android and desktop apps are on every plan.
What doesn't FSMsync do?
FSMsync has no two-way texting inbox and no customer self-serve online booking. If either is a must-have today, check that before you sign up.
